If, for any reason, you find yourself less than delighted with your purchase, please take comfort in knowing that we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return or exchange items purchased from Massall.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
All items must be unused and in their original condition, complete with any attached tags and labels.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We regret that we do not refund the original shipping fee, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange.
We do not accept responsibility for items returned that are lost in transit. To avoid this, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping option.
If you have received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and promptly ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
Please note that sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds

Lost in Transit

Damages and Issues
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Faulty items will be replaced, subject to availability, or fully refunded.
